My pass. side foglight won’t work…its never worked. I just got my foglight housings yesterday and put in new bulbs and the driver side one has always worked even without a housing. Its not the fuses I dont think. Any suggestions, analysis? Thanks. Peace.
check to see if one of the wires leaving the connector is cut somewhere 
I had the same problem with my car when I first bought it all i did was tap it.Hope it works
