Update: it is a bitch to get this thing registered! The people that stole it took a bunch of stupid stuff! I am trying to to dump too much money into it because I want to make sure I can register it. Question: since the cluster was stolen, how do I know the mileage?
You won’t know the mileage is unless you find the previous owner and even that won’t be accurate
You might try running a carfax on it. Sometimes those reports have dates of service or registration changes and corresponding mileage. Might be worth a shot to see if you can get a rough idea of where the car is at mileage wise.

After I cleaned out the spark plug chambers, installed a new distributor, and wires, the car fired right up. I have been driving it around. It had a slight loss of power around 3K. I was about to clean the FITV and IACV when I thought the ignition timing might be off. Still idles a little high at start up, but it is running well and ALL the power is there. Even after driving around an E46 M3 this things still feels like it has some “pep,” love this car. I picked up some gsr front and rear seats, and even some vtec moldings, those wont go on the car until I get a garage. They were so hard to come by, I might even throw the DOHC moldings on there and spray them just so the car looks complete. Gotta SMOG next, wish me luck.
