Found this little gem at pick n pull

Found this in a 91 Accord at the local Pick n pull…paid $5 for it!! Perfect condition!!! Aside from a few small cracks in the plastic on the side that have already been repaired. Just needs some black paint, a new foam top with brown tweed to match the rest of my interior and I’m so happy I want to shit EVERYWHERE.

My question is…Did these come stock in some accords too? And is it the same one that is found in DAs? Cause it looks identical even though the only one I have seen in person was in a 4 door.

That’s a rare find you got there!

Yes, they came in crx as well. I never knew accords has them. Adding the accords to my search list. I already like accords for their oem lips.

It looks like mine (which i paid to much for) good find.

Yes they came in the accords. They are very similar to the DA version. Nice find.

Thank you! I could not believe my eyes, it was in the very first row at the first car I stopped at. I think the row had been set the night before or something, not to mention this was the cleanest inside of a junkyard car I have ever seen. I don’t usually look in Accords, but I was looking for the arm rests that are attached to the seat as I had an idea to make of of those work with our adjustable lumbar deals on the side…but I doubt that will work since I went ahead and took one apart anyways in another car.

If anyone has some of the brown colored tweed that came in the gold-ish colored Integras PLEASE let me know cause I will buy enough of it to cover the top of this!!

woah, what year accord? i definitely need to start looking at accords @ the scrap yard now lol

It’s similar, but will it fit an Integra?

^ yes please let us know if they fit. Post pics of your process please. I’d like to do this for there are tons of accords in my junk yards which I always bypass when looking for integras. I always wanted one.

It came out of a 91 Accord and I test fit it for clearance and it works. I haven’t looked under the carpet in the teg yet, but I’m pretty sure I will have drill and thread holes for the bolts unless they are there already, which I doubt.

I will post up pics during the install. Just gotta get some black or brown door panel tweed and figure out how to re-do the foam on the top. It’s not in great shape as you can tell, but it will be a good base to fix it.

OH and…it doesn’t have the cup holders! SCORE!

I found one at a pick n pull about a year ago and it was also in a accord. Payed $10 and I guess I got lucky. Used it in my 90 accord but that is being sold so the armrest is already out.

it should fit…90-91 never came pre drilled in the part where it mounts…I too found one at the junk the other week…i left it since it wasn’t oem for integra only…

I’m not worried about it being Integra specific, you still hardly ever see these and I have been dying for an armrest. I JB welded the cracks in the plastic then very carefully sanded it back down, it came out better than I would have thought. You will never be able to tell once I paint it.

Hell yeah, I’m so getting one as soon as i get payed…Thanks for sharing, i never knew i can find those in an accord…

Fitment pictures? I saw a few of these in ar while I was there.

i actually have the same one. i have it in my car, very nice to have my arm chillen when i shift ha

looks like it makes pulling the e-brake up a little awkward lol… any drilling or anything required to make it fit?

PLEASE PLEASE post a pic of the mounting area. I feel like I’m going to have to cut off the back of the console where the ash tray is to get it to sit where I want it to. Or see if the console from the accord fits and looks alright.

I have about 4 or 5 arm rests for sale if anyone wants to buy one shoot me offers and ill send em out… Alredy got one in both my db2 and my wifes db1 so no need to hoart them right…

Did you have to drill and thread holes? I still have not got around to any type of mounting. I’ve been lazy.

I’m not proud of my mounting job. Lol
I used 4 screws and drilled them right into the plastic. It didn’t touch the metal of the car because I picked a spot where it went threw to where the ebrake lines are.
