Frayed Driver's Shoulder seatbelt

Does anyone else have a frayed driver’s shoulder seat belt? If so is it possible to fix or get replaced ?

GO to an Acura Dealer, should be under warranty for life… Safety Belts Warranty…next time – SEARCH buddy!!! … lol j/k

I know about the lifetime warranty, I didn’t think this would be covered because it’s more wear & tear.

Was yours frayed at one point and Acura fixed it ?

Does waranty also cover dog bites, because my dog bit up my seat belts in the passenger and driver side…:tsk:

Neil, I beleive fraying is considered a defect… When I worked at Acura, we did replace them under warranty… Dog bites, belt being CUT, are not covered… If they don’t, there are pulling your chain, and you need to find another dealer to deal with…peace…

how much would it cost to replace the safety belts since they’re not on waranty under dog bites
