Front bumper license plate attachment holes. Do yours look like this?

I have a full Jdm front clip comes with one piece head lights, fenders with the side markers the hood and front bumper but there are no holes in mine for license plate its flush

Previous owner filled the holes, pretty common thing to do on integra bumper covers
