You are asking g2ic how much it would cost to get a car fixed at a bodyshop? Wouldn’t a “bodyshop” be able to give you that answer? lol, call a shop and ask how much it is to replace a rad support
if your looking for just cost call around now if you would like to know decent body shops in your area then ask that in g2 general area becuase i assume you want a place that is also going to do it the right way remeber to choose wisely.and im sure by your location that fellow g2icers know of some decent places.hope i helped
do you now whats wrong with your car is it just the rad supposrt or the bumper support?
mine had similar damage when I bought it. cost me 200-250 for a new oem left and upper core support and about 500 for the labor to remove and weld on the new panel at a top end body shop.
I must stress, thats the only thing the body shop did. I pulled and removed everything in order for them to do that.
if you pay them to do it, thats another 1000-1500 easy
damm for less money i would of bought a clean shell
at the price of 2 grand for repair work you could find a clean unrecked da/db for that price.
I got a good deal so to me it was worth the 700 bucks:)
if you want to go the cheap route, just do some minor adjustments. it might not be the right way of fixing it but it will work nonetheless. make sure you inspect for any type of damage before doing this.
to move the hood down:
note: this would only give you slight adjustments.
to minimize the fender and hood gap:
to push-out your front bumper forward:
overall cost will be between $10-$25 for bolts/nuts/washers

for the headlight adjustments:
after all this…it should look a lot better.
Just use a crank strap used on trucks and crank the radiator support out. It’s best to pull both bottom and top to keep it from leaning forward or backwards. Just remove the lights and have at it. It’s actually easier than it seems. U can actually pull on it yourself and see it give some. Straps would cost u like 20-30 bucks and try strapping it to something u know won’t move. Even a truck would work cause ur radiator support ain’t stronger than a truck in park.lol But it works and I do body work if that reassures u a little. Save the washers that are just gonna rust out later down the road. ANd they are right they will charge u around 500 easy to do that at a real body shop and a jo blo shop would do what I’m tellin u to do now for 500 too. Just make sure to release the tension and mock up the bumper cause the radiator support will spring back a lil when u release the pressure. good luck
looks about like mine.
biggest thing that bothers me is how the corner lights dont sit right i had to wire them in because of broken tabs, and part of the right front bracket was cut off by the previous owner when he replaced the fender.
I dont know how much help a strap, winch, or come-along is going to do for mine OR yours, but its worth a shot!
I’m dieing to try it myself.
It works well when u don’t have damage where u have it. The rad support has a lot more flex along the headlight, center, and towards the bottom center. It is pretty stiff along the edges where it meets the frame.
I also have damage in the exact same spot. I haven’t tried pullin it out yet, but I know it will come out some. A lot harder to do there tho. Just hook it and start pullin. That’s all a frame machine does just with hydraulic hooks and chains.
you know, the more and more i see this, it make me realise that my integra may have actually had an unreported accident before i bought it, and thats why my damn 1 pieces don’t line up right…
