if you can bend it by standing on it, it isnt optimal.
if you can bend it on your knee, its no good.
if you can bend it on your head, replace it.
if you can wobble it with one hand, hit yourself with it.
i have a upper strut bar that my friend gave me it doesnt a have a name or anything i tried bending it in every way and it didnt bend. so does this mean its good?
