I’m willing to sell my project car that i have been working on, or NOT been working on really for that past 3 years. I just don’t have the time to finish her up. I will try to explain everything the best that i can remember.
the car was vandalized, and parts was stolen…so i decided to start putting her back together from parts being taken off.
1992 GS-R with about 60-70k miles on a rebuilt b17 motor. It has the ys1 tranny and it runs and shifts smoothly. Motor was rebuilt about 3 years ago. It has new seals and gaskets, new water pump etc. I will take a picture of the valve cover off when i pull it out of the garage on the weekend.
it starts right up, i just bought a new cap and rotor, it has new plugs, and new wires. i used to start it every 2 weeks and it’s been like 2 months since i last did that. battery will probably need to be replaced
no front windshield (will probably get one installed soon, haven’t done it since i wanted to paint the car first)

no cruise control

no oem side moldings (was going to buy jdm thin, but never got around to it)
alpine speakers in the doors (i think)

battery relocated to trunk

90-91 tail lights
knock off 17" rims with good tread left
not installed;

it’s throwing a check engine because there’s no o2 sensor, but i bought one and will be included with the sale.
the car will be sold as is, and i don’t have time to put the o2 on and smog it. I intentionally bought the car and was going to make a track car, commuter car, or race car…i never made up my mind. The engine bay was rhino lined, i did it for racing purposes so i can just cover up the distributor and just hose the engine bay down, but eh…you can take it off with acetone if you want.
the car has a clean title, but for like 2-3 years i forgot to non opt it. so back fees are about 2-300 maybe…reg is like 90 a year so yea, that’s about right. dash isn’t cracked, carpet is clean, back seats are in great condition…power window, power door locks, all electrical works…no rust, frame is straight, body is pretty close to dent free.
so i’m looking for a bicycle. If you want to pay by credit card for my new bicycle then you can do that, or cash is always good.

a new paint job, smog, and registration, then you got yourself a street legal db2.
let me know, i’ll put it on craigslist this weekend after i get some better pics. I have the window door moldings that the pics don’t show, they aren’t bent and in good condition.
