Here is a complete turbo system for a 1991 Integra. It was built to my car by Turbo Technology, Inc (TTi) out of Tacoma. It would probably fit other years, but it was built to my car.
Comes complete with everything you see in the picture (which I took tonight, 5-2-2013) Must have a full race traction bar or equivalent to clear the downpipe
Stainless Steel tubular manifold
Turbonetics BB Turbocharger T3/T04E-50E (45lb/min=~450whp)
K&N Air Filter
Turbonetics Intercooler
TiAL 44mm Wastegate
3" downpipe
TTi BOV
2.50" aluminized intercooler ducting, bead rolled
Silicone couplers/hose clamps
TTi catch can
Civic Del Sol radiator w/heat sheild & slim fan
Oil return line
Oil feed line (not shown)
Modified radiator hoses to fit kit (not shown)
$2500 + $100 Freight (shipped from Turbo Technology)
This kit was built in the USA, with USA parts. Nothing is sourced from China. Everything is in perfect working order. I have other parts that I could throw in if your looking for a whole package including AEM wideband, RC 750cc injectors, P28 chipped with the tune I ran on the car, Moates emulator, chip burner, etc.
We could also work out a deal and I could have the ducting all powder coated by JD Powder Coating in Tacoma. They do a great job and coat all our turbo system kits.
I’d like to see this go to a good home. Its a good kit, it makes good power. I was able to make 450whp on 28psi on pump gas and this was on a 81mm b16 w/gsr cams.
Wow, $2500? With no wideband, injectors, tuned ecu, gauges, sensors, or sandwich plate?
Maybe if it was a complete kit, but not for just half of what’s needed.
None the less, good luck with the sale. :)
OK, I have a wideband, I have a sandwich plate, I have injectors and I have a tune you can have. When do you want to pick it up?
Hahaha never said I was interested, got my own turbo stuff going.
Like I said though, good luck with the sale
I figured as much. Typical situation on the forums these days. Bump the thread, bashing the poster for the price he/she is asking.
Thanks for the kind words though, I appreciate it!
I have one guy looking at the motor possibly. Its looking more and more like I will be parting out this whole operation like I’ve been saying now for almost 18 months!
The car is not gone. its still sitting on jack stands. I pull the YS1 w/Quaife LSD transmission this weekend and the motor will be coming out next.
Now if I can just find owners for this stuff that knows its not cheap.
Looks like an awesome kit. I really like the manifold with wastegate priority, probably has good boost control like that. Reminds me of the hytech manifolds. Someone should scoop this up, I know I would if I didn’t already have a turbo setup.
Kinda random, but any better pics of your headlights? They look good

What is your email and I will send you what I can find.
That manifold worked really well. The wastegate placement is half the battled when designing a manifold. The ONLY way to do it, is off the race of a bend. Otherwise, good luck trying to control the boost.
The differential alone is worth $700. Thats a cheap YS1 in my opinion- Quaife, Gear Speed Syncros, freshly rebuilt. It saw no track time, maybe 2,000 miles street use, only ran MTF… I’m giving it away at $1,000
