Ok, this is another one of my patented dumb questions, but hey, might as well ask, and avoid risking my cars life 
Ok, the 1990 Integra GS is equipped with a fuel cut-off, right? What RPM does it come into effect?
it doesn’t cut fuel, that could be dangerous to the engine. it just cuts ignition. mine cuts off at a little above 7k.
