I’m switching over to Autometer Phantom Gauges. I bought a new Fuel level sender. How do i drop the fuel tank and how big is the fuel tank? Please Help, I would like to install this weekend or next. Thanks.
Get a manual to see how to drop the tank, it’s not toooo hard. Just make sure you drain or siphon the gas out first. Oh, wait, you may not even have to drop the tank for the fuel level sender. Check a manual, I think you can get it out just by removing the back seat and getting at it from there (not positive on that though, I’m not sure if you can get to the bolts for it or not.) yes, just take out the back seat. That’s what it says to do in the manual. Should be fairly easy to figure out. Good luck.

Cool, I’m just waiting for the fuel gauge to show up. My Stock gauge takes 45 minutes to reach Full. So I’m replacing the stock stuff with Aftermarket Gauges, mostly autometer. I’ll post a pic if possible.
