Ok about 2 weeks ago I had to swap a b1 head on my a1 block, Long story. So I reused the head gasket bc I was low on cash. I did the spray paint trick to add a layer. The valve cover gasket was replaced the intake and exhaust manifld gaskets were reused. When I swapped heads I purple powered the b1 head and high pressure hosed it and drained it and set it in front of a fan for an hour. Everything runs fine but the only thing is when I start it it kinda pops at idle and when it does it shoots a little bit of liquid out of the muffler. It’s been 2 weeks so any water that was left in the head should be out right? It smells like gas from the exhaust wicked bad. So I’m just trying to get an idea of what it could be?
