i have a 91 gs coupe bought it as a shell i’m almost done getting her back together.
I have done my research on this issue and have not found a definitive answer. as soon as i put in the fuse it pops even when i have the cigarette lighter, dome, map, clock and radio unplugged. I know that there is a short to ground somewhere (i believe it my be somewhere in it fuse box area). after everything is unplugged i use a power probe to check both sides of the fuse and i am still getting a ground on one end. My question to you guys is do you have any idea where this short could possibly be???
-
yes i have replaced the icu already because the corner indicators dont work as well
-
yes i have checked all the wires under the dash because i did the heater core on the car as well
any helpful insight would be greatly appreciated, would really like to get the car done has been a year and a half already, amd i do not want to remove the fuse box again if i dont have to
thanks again for the help
