I just wondered if anyone has ever used either of these tires, ive heard both of them are supposed to be very good for the money. could any one throw in their $.02
i’ve used the g-force sport and they were great, i used them to go canyon running and they would grip the road just right and they where also good in the rain
I’ve never heard of the Fuzion, but I can tell you that the GForce Sport is one of the nicest all-around performance tires for the money. They have good treadware, are quite capable of handling themselves in the rain, and stick better than one might expect when shoving your car between the cones.
I just put on the HRI’s and there not to bad. I payed 130 for a set of them, and it was worth it. I needed some tires that were decent all seasons instead of winter tires, and it so far I have no complaints.
Definitely go with the geforce sport. I’ve driven cars with kumho ecst 712, yokohama es100, and toyo proxes p1( I think.) All I can say is that they perform very well with a reasonable price. IMO they grip better than the kumho by far, but are a little less sticky than the es100. Great in the rain to as well.
I have the Fuzion ZRi’s and have autocrossed on them wet and dry. They’re great street tires if you want something sticky. Just an FYI, they’re the EXACT same tire as a Bridgestone Potenza RE750. Bridgestone wanted to get into the ‘tuner’ market and rebadged the RE750 with a Gen-Z name.
I’ve heard the g-forces are okay, but the opinions of those seem to always come from ‘canyon racers.’ :ghetto:
So THAT’S why I’d never heard of them…I’m not much of a Bridgestone person.
