So as the title states I’m looking to replace my nasty worn vinyl steering wheel and don’t have the funds for a momo right now so I’m searching for an oem leather wrapped wheel.
How much you willing to pay? There’s one at my local junkyard
I have never seen a factory leather wrapped steering wheel on a 92 -93. The 91 LS Special has one but that is a three spoke.
Grab that one from the junkyard. I just want the leather to make a pattern for new leather.
Assuming the item is in good condition I think 50 bucks is reasonable. If the dye is a little worn or whatever that’s okay I just dont want the leather to be peeling off.
You know you can just buy a wheelskins wrap right?
That’s what I have right now, but it doesn’t cover the spokes like the factory one does. I’d buy one from Acura but they don’t stock it anymore. 
Ah, I see. I can’t believe honda/acura didn’t put a leather wheel standard on the higher equipped models, it feels so cheap without it.
You had to order the leather package from the factory or buy an LS Special to get the leather wrapped wheel. I just need to go to a custom shop and have the wheel wrapped with the spokes I suppose.
Yeah I understand, but most other brands I see have standard leather wheels, even the vigor and legend. I mean I don’t think I’ve ever seen a bmw with a vinyl wheel, even the 318ti, lol. It just seems like a no-brainer to me.

Yea… but you’re also not taking into account the fact that the Vigor and Legend were both more expensive models than the Integra was designed to be…
Entry level Integras had a sticker price of $23,000~… legends had a sticker of $34,000~. It’s easy to squeeze in a leather-wrap with an extra 10k price lol.

I know they are, I would just think that a gs or gs-r would come with that standard considering they are the higher end of the integras.

Look closer, the wheel is not leather-wrapped. Good find though for a JDM wheel.
