Gasket Sealer?

I’m just putting in a header in my 90LS. Should I use gasket sealer?

You don’ t need to use gasket sealer on a header. If you are worried about leaks, just buy a new exhaust gasket. The back side of the header uses a doughnut at the cat converter connection. It is made to have a little give so don’t use any sealant there either.
