Gauge Cluster Wacked OUT!!

First off i have a 1990 Acura Integra LS. I removed my gauge cluster to swap a blue dah for a black dash. I put my cluser back on and the little speedo cable in the back but now my speedometer gauge doesn’t work, the rpm gauge is marking below zero up to 2000 instead of an average 500 idle rpms to about 4000 when i step on it ( while in nutral of course). In addition, the temperature gauge or the gas gauge doesnt work. And yes the plugs are connected in the back.

On last thing, i did use a new wiring harness. The plugs that use to go in back of the gauge cluster had two gray big ones and the green little one. However my new wiring harness has an additional green plug and i have no connector for it. Is this a diffrent wiring harness and is this a osurce of my problem with the gauge cluster out of wack. Thanks and sorry for the long explanation. It is driving me crazy.

My only guess would be that the new harness your using is from a manual trans. I know some models came with/without abs, don’t know if there were any more wires added to the plugs or any more plugs.

gauge cluster

I have a manual trans so maybe the new wiring harness is from an automatic. But can this problem be beacuse of poor ground or power reaching the gauge cluster.
