Get smart: Price fixing

(The video icon is dumb. )

11:00 hits home.

I’ve often wondered why the prices are the same across big retailer sites. I didn’t realize it was due to Amazon forcing price fixing. This makes sense why the price fluctuates so often (I use keepa.com to keep track of price changes for items I’m interested in).

For some reason, convenience is critical for consumers, and everyone’s paying for it.

I refuse to use big retailers to sell stuff – and it’s frustrating that EVERYONE is on these big sites and won’t go to the source.

I admit I’m part of the problem because I have an Amazon prime account and I get 5% discount by using the card. It’s amazing how quickly you can spend $ too. I have tried to go to the respective sites to see whether there are deals or lower prices, but there never are. This is why.

Crazy frustrating.

LOL did they read my comment? The icon changed to something more appropriate!
