Getting back into it(After 3yrs).

Well after a 3yr hiatus from Integras and a 2yr from owning any sort of Honda product(lawnmowers excluded), I am finally going to be back into a DA again. Some people know me on here, I have noticed that alot of things have changed, but it still feels somewhat like home.

The Integra I am getting isn’t perfect, but I am finally in the position that I can do what I would like to have done 3yrs ago with my last DA. Here is a bit of specs on the integra I am buying:

Year: 1991
Body: Coupe
Trim: GS
Trans: Auto(health reason prevent 5spd)
Miles(Motor): 80k
Miles(Body): 183k

Its got surface rust on the quarters, the rockers are clean, the DS seat bolster is ripped(will sew it together for the time being), the hood is flat black, and it’s slammed on Egay coilovers(definitely changing that). It will be a semi DD/Project, as i have a 2003 Chevy 2500hd that i drive Daily for work. I am picking it up sometime this week and am excited to start on it.

Repainted OEM Maroon(dont know paint code at the moment)

As of right now I am undecided on wheels, I am leaning towards either white or gold for the color.

I dont think i can use much else besides Neptune since hondata doesnt work with A/T ECU’s so i am told.

yea i have a solid plan and im not getting rid of this DA, i need to keep a damn car. i have had 24 in 3yrs or so. and before that i had had 125 cars. but 115 of them were brought back to Michigan from the south and sold, titled in my dad and I’s dealership when we had it.

i will be swapping the bumper out this weekend, mounting the cusom fogs i have(lexus yellows) and then cleaning the shit out of it, sanding the rust down and priming it. seeing if the hatch thats local is rust free etc…

yea its decent, has a new CD player, newer speakers, and i am getting another set of wheels to come with the car :smiley: since the car i am trading for it is worth a bit more.

Well sad news, im not getting the car :(. It died when i pulled into the gas station and it wouldnt restart. checked everything except the timing belt, i can not have a car with a ton of problems at this time since it would be a DD.

I guess this can be locked for now.

I seen one on craigslist for only 300 with motor that just needed some lovin, but for 300 was worth it
