So after begging my lovely Grandmother for about 2 hours, because she HATES my car. I talked her in to letting me spend a little more cash on my baby. I came upon a site that is selling a new in box set of 1pc head lights. The guy wants only 56 buck for them. I know lots of you might not like the black looking 1pcs but i think it will set my car off well. Let me know what you think, Thank you.

they’re nice and i was thinking about getting a set of them but then i figured i’ll just save up for a nice set of jdm 1 pieces. your grandma sounds like mine who also hates my car and called my teg a piece of shit :(, it may not look the best but it’s my car and i like it.
hey, the light out put sucks. I got a set just because… installed them, used them at night and it was horrible. the light pattern is extremely scattered to the point where it’s embarassing!! trust me on this and save up more for a clean set of jdm one pieces. OR keep em stock. :):read:
I would but i hate to say that my Grandma being my SSI representative will never let me pay over a 100 bucks on my car unless i had to.

There are a couple things you can do to them in there “stock” form that improves there output/looks. Put them in the oven with the oven off for 8-10 minutes or until the goo that holds the lens is softened. Seperate the lense from the housing. Remove the stock glare guard and add material to the sides to cover up the glare they shoot out the side. Reinstall and make sure both devil horns are removed from both lights. Perform the 9007 conversion in the tegtips, and while you have the lights apart tint the gay clear part of the corners black. Not necessary but they’ll look better than the way the come new.

Personally the way they are I would not use them. I was thinking they’d be great for a projector retrofit tho as rollinmyda said. The projector lights are relatively cheap and all you need is the hid kit (which is $120ish). Idk tho man I wouldn’t use them that way tho.
If my car wasn’t bright ass red (my build car) i’d rock those on like a white or black hell even a green teg but not a red one lmao.

Yea i was thinking of doing that. There will be some modding going on for shore
