What’s the difference between JDM & ADM? Those headlights look the same to me. :burnout: :manual:
jdm are played out. =) jk. adm headlights dont have foglights. the foglight area is high beam, and the headlight area is only low beam.

and the main headlight area is still lo/hi beam as well
its weird… im in australia and ive got JDM headlights, your in US and want ADM headlights… and Japan wants USDM lol

Our headlights have the same bulbs as JDM ones, the only difference being the wiring and lack of fog reflector.
H4H is used for low beam (driving light)
H3 is used for high beam
I’m not sure if the H4H gets brighter with the high beams on…
yeh the H4H definately go brighter with the highbeams on…
so yes, we have 2 high beams on each side (very bright).
JDM headlights can easily be converted. AUDM highbeam (fogs) just dont have the glare gaurd in them and they come with 50w bulbs…
back to mouldings…
does anyone know where i can pick up some clear flexible trim/moulding paint?
i’ve checked all my local parts stores, and know one has clear. all they have is black. i had to replace my drivers door, and the oem came in flat black while all the others are glossy looking. instead of trying to match blacks, i’d rather just clear coat it.

spray the molding with gloss black molding/trim paint.
i had no idea the main light was still hi/lo. my old jdm 1 pieces had the glare guards removed and were painted black housing. i sold them with raybrig bulbs for $50. =(

hi im a da9 owner in sydney too…and im juz wondering where u got ur paintjob done redteg and was it for a reasonable price? cos my tegs is in a reasonable need of a paint job…and i want to sell it soon to get a manual one…so i dont really want to pay too much for the paint job…just want it bring back the looks cos it is in almost perfect condition except for that.
