Gold Coating in Exhaust Valves - Water Intake?

My teggy would few times struggle when it rains, the problem showed even a little after it rained but the engine would not react to gas, instead it kinda stalled some times but not to an engine cut.

I took the head off today and this is what I came to find:

A friend told me that water goes inside the Gas tank, but how? Anyone of you knows how water gets to the engine? Well, I do have a cold air intake, but it’s really high off the ground and the splash guard stops the tire from throwing water into the intake. Plus I have the condenser or watnot.

I just wanna know if this picture means my teggy’s getting water.

Also! I’ve only ONLY been using SHELL Gasoline for the past 12 months 'cause it’s supposed to remove engine gunk, but so far I see ALL VALVES (and the top of my pistons) covered in gunk. Anyone recommend any other type of Gasoline?

Looks like rust or some other type of corrosion.

If it only happens when it rains then its probably water getting into the intake. I kind of doubt its getting into the gas tank as I don’t think that would have an immediate effect. I’d check/replace vacuum hoses to see if any are cracked/off and just sucking up water.
