Good ground wire kit? I'm looking for one.

Hello,
I’m looking for a good ground wire kit, and came across this one on eBay. Anybody bought this before? Any comments are welcome.

Also, any suggestions for a ground wire kit would be cool too. (I don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for the HKS ground wire kit)
