Court is in Febuary and probation does not end till June.
The one I am on probation on is a state issued ticket and the new one is Municipal, and it is 2 differient counties. I hope they dont go looking around for it. I do know that as of right now there is nothing appearing on my driving record.
nothing will appear on your driving record regarding the one you are on probation for unless you are found guilty of another infraction in the year. once you are convicted of another infraction, the deferral is pointless. and both ticket automatically go on. as far as it being in a different county, it doesn’t matter. they go by your drivers license. i got a ticket while i was in oregon, and it still went on my record in washington.
I had better go ahead and find an attorney if they dont throw it out in court when I go to the hearing.
you will need an attorney prior to the court date. because once they make a decision, that’s it. no do-overs. lol
alli have to say is that you should postpone it for as long as you can. that betters the chances of the cop not showing up.
Had court yesterday and showed the prosecutor the picture below of the area I was radared. He said the speed limit had been changed and I was going the legal limit. The officer was wrong. Ticket was thrown out.
