Got some questions about lowering and axles

hey, my teg is lowered 2". My driverside axle went out about a month ago, so I replaced it. But, it has since then started to click AGAIN! So, my question is, I know that lowering your car speeds up the deterioration of the drive axles, but is there anything I can do to stop this from happening? Maybe, a new suspension bushing kit?? also, why hasnt it happened to the passenger side too?? let me know.

thanks, woody

you prolly just came across a bad remanufactured axle. I went through 3 axles in 2 months before I could find a good one.

(typically when people change axles, they get remanufactured ones; not brand new. Brand new costs quite a bit.)

really??!!

yeah, as a matter of fact, I did purchase remanufactured axles. Well that sucks. Maybe I gotta warranty on it or somethin. Thanks for the help.

But, I have heard that lowering the ride does cause the deterioration of axles to speed up. In fact, it is on this site that i learned that. all well.
