I have a standard 90 integra and for about a year my gear sinks have been going. When I shift from second to third it grind, and when I downshift from 5th to 4th it grinds. I have been double clutching but now that doesn’t stop it all the time. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they fixed it. I don’t know if I should look into a new tranny or not.

I know this sounds kind of obvious, but have you tried adjusting your clutch?
sounds like your syncros are goin, and first off there is no such thing as double clutching if anythign it slows ur shifts down. any good luck
try waitin a few seconds or so between shifts and if it doesnt grind when you put it into gear after about 5 seconds then it is your clutch cause thats what happened to mine!!
