does anyone have these, what do you think about them, would you recommend them, or is there a better kind? money isn’t really an issue right now 'cause i’m just waiting for a good deal, i want to keep my eyes open for good coilovers and i’ve heard these are, but i want integra opinions… thanks
sorry to say, but:search: I know that this been answered somewhere
i’ve got 'em, and i highly recommend them. but i also have koni’s, so that helps!
I ahve GCs with stock struts, and they are awesome! I think my ride is better than my stock springs, and cornering is unbelievable compared to stock!

I have the GC coil overs on my 91 ls and they are really good on the corners and they were well worth the money. I also have the adjustable koni shocks so that makes the handling a little better. I would suggest calling ground control directly sometimes they have sales that aren’t listed in import mags, I got the coilovers and the adjustable koni shocks delivered for 680$.
i got non adjustable shocks in my garage, i got a really good deal on them. i’m hoping to spend way less than 600 though… at least right now. thanks for the info though.
I just installed a set of eg gc’s that came out of my wifes dc. alittle soft but i love it !!!
exactly how long are the sleeves?
how long is the threaded section?
i assume the inner diameter is 2.0" and springs are 2.5"?
springs are 8" front/rear?
i know the spring rates are 380F/250R, and adjustment range is 0-3" +/-.
for koni yellows, you need the special sleeve and extra collar ring correct?
for linear springs, is there a way to calculate how much the springs will compress given a certain weight load? for ers they seem to only list max compression before coil bind…
[B]Lo-inch is the free length of the spring (unloaded)
Di-inch is the inside diameter , every spring on this page is 2.50 inches inside diameter.
C-lbs./inch is the actual spring rate, expressed in pounds per linear inch.
Sc-inch is how many inches the spring can be compressed before it coil binds.
Fc-lbs is how many pounds of force it takes to compress the spring until it coil binds.
WT-lbs is actually how much the spring weighs, and has nothing to do with the stiffness.

if i want to order the gc/koni collar ring separately (i have sleeves), do i order them from koni or gc? fyi the koni yellow shock body diameter (from an EF) is 42.25 +/- 0.25mm. the outer diameter of the ring for my sleeve would need to be 61.5 +/- 0.5mm.
you can get whatever spring rate you want, you just have to say so. i got my GCs with 500 lbs in the front and 400 in the rear
