which actually has a higher performance/flow, as an upgrade for a regular B18, would a stock GSR header, or one of the cheapo ebay ones yield higher performance?

go with the honda part, the odds of it killing you in some freak accident is far lower then something from china.
a friend of mine compared the dc header he bought and the stock gsr exhaust manifold and lower pipe and said that the only difference he found was the weight difference the runner length looks about the same and he never really noticed any performance difference.
so with that said the gsr lower pipe is in my garage waiting to go on my car.
the runners on the lower pipe are longer on the stock gsr manifold than on the stock ls one
