GSR Turbo Build Lots of Fabrication!

Looks good man, nice to see another custom fabber on here… Aluminum welding is looking good.

more pics

I made this one for myself just to proto-type one, but i expect to see at least 25-30hp over a type r or a skunk2. I would make more just have to get some people together that would buy them.
Very impressive. Keep up the good work . . .

Did you custom fab your own traction bars?
yes, still in the process. need to get a hold of some radius arms.

Thanks man!

got the old exhaust off. had to hack it all up!

wastegate on and welded.

Seats here! love it!

Got all the suspension off. Getting ready to clean and paint the engine bay and wheel wells.

just ran into one problem, the bolt at the bottom of the knucle had the head broken off!

Yes I am making my own. It is all aluminum, the square tube is 1 1/2"x 1 1/2"
and wall thickness is 1/4" so its super rigid the tow hook flanges are 1/2" thick I’m making the underside bolt flanges now in 1/2" plate as well. i just need to get a hold of some radius arms or have some made. I’m sure it will be just as strong or if not stronger than just about anything out there now.

I’ll post more pics as i get it done. Thanks.

Thanks! I’m looking into making a few more. I just got to get with a good CNC guy to make me a few flanges for a fair price to make them affordable. I know the Venom manifold are like 650.00 and they are probably the cheapest. I would like to sell them from 450-500 with fuel rail and Thermal gaskets. But I will see if it possible.

Thanks for all the feedback guys, keep it comin!

Got the wheel wells cleaned and primed for paint. I kinda like the grey, was thinking about painting the engine bay and well gloss battle ship gray. Or just painting the wells semi-gloss black. Don’t know yet. Let me know what you guy think!

Got my lights and coilovers in too! I know some people hate on the K sports but its all I can afford right now.

Very, very nice project. You’re a really skilled fabricator! Keep it up. I can’t wait to see more updates.

Let us know, you know that we won’t hesitate to buy your plane ticket

Thanks a lot! I will keep posting as i get stuff done.

I like the build so far, but I never cared for the battleship grey engine bays. More of a matched bay person.

execelnt build, keep up the good work:up:

amazing work bro!!! if u ever make the manifolds for sale il but it for sure…keep up the great work:up:
