Gsr

hey, im getting a GSR engine soon from a dealer, legit, only a 1g…full swap! pretty good when hes a good buddy of yours. anyway im not sure about the yr/miles yet because i didnt talk to him today, but what are 5 good mods you should do to a GSR for it to hold its on against another GSR slightly modded, or bubbles with GSR’s in it and a few bolt ons?

PS: besides the every day I/H/E??

depends on what kind of money your looking to spend, but for a relistic way w/o rebuilding whole engine, id do this :

1.) cams (ITR/CTR/Skunk2/etc…)
2.) pulleys (questionable–some people dont like aftermarket pulleys)
3.) Apex’i V-AFC
4.) cam gears
5.) ITR or Skunk2 IM

Not in any particular order

i heard polishing your GSR IM is just as good as a SKUNK2? is that true?

doubtful its AS good as a itr or skunk2 IM because the runners are larger on the itr or skunk2. but it might be beneficial in some way? :shrug:

Skunk2 is fine, ITR IM will not work.

If it is a 92-93 GSR motor aka B17A, the ITR IM will work.
