H&R race spring rate?

Hi, i have H&R race springs in my car and it rides pretty stiff, i’m looking for new suspension but i don’t know what rate springs to get b/c i don’t know what i have now, anybody know?

the H&R race spring(red spring) is 460f and 300r. Thats what H&R told me when I called them direct.
