i just bought a pair from japan town in sf. i got them for 69.99. last 1 and on sale from 99.99. well i think these are the power h4h bulbs you can bay, but their “rare”. the specs are

their are more powerfull than the raybrigs and the piaa’s
not really rare pops on ebay quite offen i just picked up a set for
59.99 on ebay

Same here, had HID but got one to many tickets for them blinding ppl. I should have retro fit some projectors but its a pain in the ass. These should do fine. 
yeah thats the same guy who sold them on ebay when i first saw them, he FINALLY decided to relist them and its slightly cheaper (like 5 bucks) if you order them through ebay. Here they are if you decide to get them. peace!
