i recently had a short in my interior harness so i replaced it and now my left low beam wont work ive checked all my fuses everthing seems fine and now im at the point where i dont know what to check or look for. I am also looking for a diagram to convert my engine harness to obd1 (car is a 90 integra sedan gs) thank you would appreciate the help
Do you have power at the left low beam fuse when low beams are on?
Head lights have nothing to do with OBD. 94

It might be your bulb, it could’ve burnt out. I’ve had that happen to me when it shorted, my low beam didn’t work but high beam did. Worth checking it out.
Id start by double checking every related fuse. Than try swapping bulbs to see if the problem lies in that bulb, or circuit. Also wouldn’t hurt to test the relay and make sure it has a good ground. Verify all the pins are in the bulb clip securely and inspect the harness for any breaks you may have missed.
