I thought this intake was weird until I saw the new Super Street with an MR-S on the cover and it has one of these intakes, well sort of like this.

wtf lol

kinda like that one japanese intake that has a huge bulge. teh venturi-like design hasnt been dyno’d or proven to make any gains over other intakes. just get a cheapo intake and if you want make it into cai. or add on a k&n
I already have an AEM style intake, but the piping is only 2.5" and I think a 3" intake gives a deeper sound. I was just wondering if anyone has tried this, since it is not too expensive I may try it myself, only $75. Another company makes an intake similar to this and I think they call it a torque chamber. I don’t know if there is any truth in that or not though.
heh i have a 3" and was thinking of trying 2.5 like the aem to get a better flow velocity for midrange
Too bad you are not local, or we could switch for a month to try each one out. Damn . I was thinking a 3" would give me a better top end. Since my car sees that area often, I could use some improvment there.
