I’m very sorry for posting so much in this section, but I did not find my exact issue in a thread! So I’ll post a new one seeking help from all my fellow G2 owners. I’ve recently bought my '90 GS and I’ve been troubleshooting a couple of issues with runability. So, here’s what I’ve got;
-When I start my car in the morning to go to work, it’ll fire right up.
-Say… I stop at a gas station after driving about, 15 minutes into town. The car didn’t have any issues driving at all, pulls nicely and the whole nine yards. After I’ve filled my car up with fuel, get back in and attempt to start it, this is where I start having issues!
-Keep in mind… my temp gauge reads about half where it should, my car cranks and cranks and usually the RPM’s will slowly climb and it’ll struggle to get onto its feet and running, but once it’s running, I will usually need to floor it, give it a couple of revs and it’ll be back on its feet running stronger than ever.
This really puzzles me, since it starts great cold, runs amazing aswell. No check engine lights are present. Only has issues starting when vehicle is warm.
I’d greatly appreciate it if someone could drop their input here, i would really love to figure this out!
