My hazard lights and rear defroster refuse to work. I replaced my hazard and rear defrost switches with those that I know for sure are in working condition. Checked all fuses, checked all wires.
If I’m correct…doesn’t the ICU handle those two functions? If so…where is the ICU? I believe it’s on or part of the fuse panel, but Chilton’s does not clarify it’s exact location…or what it looks like.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading! 
Need this fixed as soon as possible, this car is my daily driver and I can’t figure out why my hazards and rear defrost don’t work at all.
it is plugged in the back of the fuse box. 10mm bolt on the top and bottom of the fuse box to remove it. then struggle with the wires to get the icu out the back. first the red plug out the icu then the ICU out the box. then open the ICU and check the caps
