Header and Intake Manifold for B17 GSR.

Im looking to buy a header and intake manifold for my 92 GSR but have found no real help. The car currently has only Thermal exhaust and AEM short ram intake. I will be adding a fuel pressure regulator shortly as well. Im looking at either a DC Sports 4-2-1 header or the JDM ITR 4-1 header. Ive heard the ITR header flows better and is better for top end, but lacks bottom end and mid range punch. At the same time I do not want to lose top end going with the DC. As for the Intake Manifold my choice is the Skunk 2 for the PR3 head. I was wondering if anyone has any experience or would know where to find dyno plots or people who have had similar setups. I have a 92 gsr too and I have both intake manifold and header. I have a JDM ITR intake manifold and DC sports header, they give me pretty good top end better it lack a lowend power but my brother say that probably came from a race cat.

You can use either an ITR intake manifold or a skunk2. Whichever you can find cheaper I would go with since the s2 is modeled after the ITR.

The 4-1 ITR header isn’t a direct bolt in which is something you need to research and decide if it’s worth it or not.
