headlights shut car off

So yesterday i drove my car fine all day even at night, park it go to bed, wake up and go to leave my car wouldnt crank…battery is in trunk(btw). I get out and test the voltage on battery its good, test it to the starter, i have huge voltage drop so i put the battery back in the bay and car fires up. Heres where it gets crazy…i go to turn my headlights on and the car shuts off. Any ideas?

Shit battery, bad ground, pics of setup?

The battery is good, its brand new as for grounds im going through those now. Whats crazy is if I have my keys in my lap and I turn my headlights on to auxiliary my check engine light, battery and oil lights come on and Im able to roll the windows down, also the fuel pump primes itself as if I have turned the car to the on position. Again with the keys in my lap. Never have I seen this or heard of a car doing this and Ive owned a few Hondas. Even other Honda owners ive talked to and know are at a loss. Im beginning to think the blinker/windshield wiper unit on the column is defective.

I have the exact same problem the except mine starts and the second I turn on the lights it shuts off I was guessing there was a short somewhere but I haven’t have a clue where to look fuse 24 on mine finally blew and I am looking at the culprit from my suspicion would be the integrated control circuit it is that little box in the back of the fuse box I am going to plug a new on in and see how it goes

Is it the integrated control module you are talking about??? behind the fuse box
