I just recently got done dropping in ls vtec in everything works fine, just until i tried putting back on the headlights come to find out it wont turn on? Dome, gauge cluster, tail lights, highbeams, cooling fan, all dont work. emergency works, braking works, indicator lights on the gauge cluster works just dont light up, left/right turn signals work on the bumper lights work, dont know about the corners yet since both are blown(will replace when i get the chance, and their one peaces healight just to be specific incase it helps), buttons on the bezel(foglight, emergency button, etc) dont light up, climate control doesnt light up but when in use the green indicator light on top of the button works.
i checked fuses, grounds, any breaks that i could find on the wire, but everything looks fine to me maybe im just missing something. This is the second car i worked on which belongs to my bro. I just got done with my daily 91 integra ls frost white with the same setup just minus p/s and ac and works fine.
This is a 91 Integra Ls sedan equipped with abs.

just a daily in mind for the bro.
hope i gave enough info, i work full time now so i really dont have much time. and it needs to be running soon. Hope fcm could chime on this.
sorry about that what i meant was check engine lights up, turn signals on gauge cluster lights up, battery, and seatbelt lights up but the background of the speedometer, rpm, and lights on top of gauge cluster that lights over the gauge cluster dont work? and about the fuses, sorry i just eye balled them, dont have my multimeter but i do have one, still in the process of finding things since i moved, are there certain ones i should check? usually i would try harder to solve it just now i got a new job and things just got out of hand, dont have much time on a daily basis and i just gotta get the car running so my bro could attend school without the hassle of looking for a ride from me.
I just switched the 33 fuse and it still won’t light up. Are there any relays or any fuses I should check into? everything else still works like turn signals, braking, emergency, but still gauge cluster doesnt light or anything on the bezel i just went to buy a test light but have to return it, doesnt work, cheap kragen one. but yea cant think of anything else, im real electical eliterite sorry also my rad fan doesnt come on anymore either, i looped the connector when i turn the key on fan would automatically come on, sensor blew but he likes it that way. is the rad fan and lights somehow not working cause of a relay or fuse? i dont have a helms manual, but a link to the layout of the electrical wirings would be helpful? cant seem to find one on here.
Power from fuse 33 goes directly to the Combination Light Switch, [white] you will need to test the white lead at the CLS, if good, turn switch on and test the red/yellow, [low beam output] and the red/blue, [high beam and flash to pass output], if there is power at those leads, check for power at the fuses, [3 and 4 are low beam] CLS must be on, [fuse 9 and 10 are high beam/flash to pass] CLS must be on and dimmer switch on high beam.
The red/green at the CLS is the “park” light output, red/green should be hot when CLS is on park or head light position.
The output, [red/green] goes to fuse 11 - 15A, [hot when park/head lights are on].
Rad fan fuse is fuse 12 - 15A , [hot at all times], if fuse 12 gets it’s power from fuse 33 it would mean the problem is before the under dash fuse box so start your testing on the white lead at the CLS. 94
yesssss its alive. thanks fcm, it was the 33 fuse and screw wasnt on all the way on the fuse box on the other side beside the one that goes to the alternatorand battery. runs like a champ. couple of beers and cig, finally get to sleep on it. will post pics asap.thanks again
