sometimes my headunit turns off. the fuse is good. the thing is i have to push the fuse in a certain way. then it will turn off again. when i push in the fuse my headunit flickers on and off. sometimes it works but other times it doesnt. whats the problem???
At some point someone has used a “fuse tap” on that fuse, that has spread the terminals apart a little.
Try this, with 2 sets of pliers bend the fuse legs a little, [lengthwise] when looking at the end of the fuse the legs will be straight, kind of like this _ _ what you want is kind of like this ^ ^ although not as much of a “fold”.
The other thing you can do, if you have a soldering gun, is add a little solder to both sides of both legs, start with solder on one side at first.
