Hello my name is Tim, i left the gen 2 for a couple years had my fair share of evos ands sti but always had a thing for the gen 2 integras and finally got hold of a fairly good condition AGP db2 gsr 2 months ago after selling my evo 8.Was in pretty rough shape diamond in the rough but in the 2 months of ownership i have managed to give her a new “stance” at life lol. When i bought this car it was slammed to the ground with ebay coil sleeves on the stock wheels and it was pretty bad…but good thing was it was still all original and stock which i like. All ive done so far was f&f 2 type 1s and bbs knock off wheels and shes been a really good DD to me. Cant beat that honda reliability and dependability! Well here she is clean and simple sorry if stance is not your thing but i sort of like it haha not too extreme but i feel my stance and set up on my db2 is not to ridiculous i DD it everyday with minimal problems. Wether “stance” is your thing or not im satisfied i got this db2 exactly how i visioned it to be clean and simple.


my almost 2 yr old loves the db2





alot of the folks be hatin on my eg6 Dohc vtec door decal i dont care cause my car is equipped with “doch vtak” so i dont see nothing wrong with it, i feel it compliments the car nicely eh?

Thank you sir for guiding me in the right direction to posting pics appreciate it. And yes she’s a gem but with new a paint job and a little more work she can be really minty but i dont mind it looking a bit shabby.

A little more TLC, things should pan out. In time you will have her even better than before. Looks good thus far.

Thanks yea i just hope i can hold on to her i tend to sell cars when i get good offers but im going to do everything in my power to keep her around

your front lip is hanging off… whats up with that?

Lip is dangly due to previous owners negligence being too dang low on his ebay sleeves he ate a curb and ripped the lip off on the passenger side. I have another oem lip which will go on when im ready for paint. I know its ghetto but im too busy with work these days.

not very pretty but very healthy indeed! I need to hook ac lines back up they in tha trunk. Yah mix-matched sparkplug wires jdm as fcuk you say? Haha i didnt realize that untill i looked at the pic lol didnt even notice it when I did the timing belt job?

Debating on rebuilding the b17 or swapping in a b18c5…even at 180xxx miles runs like a top. Im no newbie to the honda game… Just have family now so i cant be selfish lucky my wife even let me get knockoff wheels lol

i would preserve the b17. its just one of those things that you dont see anymore…

Very nice and becoming really rare nowadays I found one at craigs but theyre too pricy now.

True might just tweak the motor up a little if i end up going through it bump the compression a bit for a little more kick and maybe mild cams but no means im looking into building something too over the top just want a simple rebuild but still maintaining the 1.7. I’ve built plenty of b series mainly n/a 's never cared for boost. N/a motor are the best but pricey. But i have a few routes to take still have a some parts and motors laying in the shed.

Very nice. Love the choice of rims. As far as sticking with the b17, I’d say do it just to keep the car with it’s original motor

Thank you kindly yes im satisfied with the wheel choice even though they are not real bbs rs doesnt bother me cause i still have money in my pocket! Wife happy! So all good and i dont see it reasonable to buy rims worth more than my car lol not saying i shouldnt settle for less but my kid and wife come first. I put this db2 together in 1 month wheels and suspension so i feel good how she turned out. I chose basketweve style cause im a O-G! Low and slow for now. Hope this thread doesnt turn into a build thread lol.

It looks good so far! Bring that agp back to life :slight_smile: Through some fresh wrinkle black on the valve cover to, and that will make your bay look a lot better !!
