Your stock one from the B18A should work fine.
EDIT: I had no problems using a stock 93 LS fuel line and attaching it to a JDM 2nd gen B16A fuel rail.
Simple problem requires a simple solution.
1.) Buy a fuel line for a 92-93 GSR which will run you about $60 or so and will most likely take about 4-7 working days to receive.
2.) Use a dremmel or other cutting tool to cut the coupling that surrounds the house end at the B16A fuel rail. DO NOT CUT THE PIPE ITSELF! Remove the existing hose so there is only a pipe hanging off of the fuel rail inlet. Do the same for the adapter for your LS fuel hose at the fuel filter side and cut the coupler off and strip the old hose off. DO NOT CUT THE PIPE ITSELF! Go to a local autoparts store and buy about 1.5 feet of 5/16" ID FUEL INJECTION hose and FUEL INJECTION clamps which will run you a total of about $5.
The LS fuel rail will not work, nor will the complete hose since it’s shaped pretty differently than the B16 rail.

I had a b16a1 used the same one on my LS I just put back in…no problem.
