Help needed BADLY with JDM one piece headlights

Whats up, I’m new to the board, got my G2 integra about a month ago after totalling my 4G Honda Prelude…My JDM one piece headlights are here, but I am having diffuculties installing them, can’t even drive my car right now cause my headlights are not connected. Can anyone give this newb to the board some tips, or an install page??? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

ps, do I have to take off my front bumper for the install?

yup, you gotta take off the bumper cuz there are screws behind it that holds the whole housing together…
