There is an oil leak to the left side of the valve cover. It looks like it could be coming from some type of cap or somthing. Does anybody know what it is and how I can fix it?

Could be your valve cover gasket.
:search: Someone posted the exact same question yesterday. It is the cam seal plug. It needs to be replaced. buy an STR unit from Summit they last longer and seal better than the OEM honda/acura part.

get it from you local honda dealer…its like 4 bucks or somthing…
i just got one and it was cheapp you might wanna also get the valve cover gasget…and all the other washers and goodies…if you are missing any.

I may be able to help some people get STR Cam Seals, I know a guy who has 5 of em. They are in the orginal package, and have a crown above the STR logo. Email if your interested.

yea whatever you do dont get the stock cam seal :down: its worthless get a STR one…from what i’ve read thats one of the b-series engines weak link. :tsk:

Yea, I looked into it as soon as I got my ass home. Thanks, I wouldnt have seen it unless you told me what it was. I juts wanted to know what parts I needed. I had it fixed the other day, and all togather it was 100$. Too much money wasted on having some guy put it on because I dont know how to!
