Ok I purchased my 90 gs sedan and it came with the one piece headlights already installed. Now I have never noticed that my bumper light dont illuminate when headlights are turned on but once I hit the signal light they’ll flash.
I have been trying to fined a wire diagram so I can check and make sure the wires are ran right but no luck

Oh so are the side markers suppose to only light up when signaling also?
Since you have one-pieces already installed, it would depend on which light was installed in the housing. The 3 piece lights had 2, the one pieces only have 1 corner light. It can either stay on constantly with the headlights on despite the turn signal switch on, or it can stay on with the headlights AND flash with the turn signal. Which one is yours doing?
