Help with foglights

Alright so when i first bought my integra, the fogights worked fine, but then a couple moths later they wouldnt work anymore. then they came back on for a couple days and since then they havent worked. I checked fuse 19 and replaced it and they still wouldnt work, so i decided i would just rewire them. I rewired them using this method:

they still dont work! I dont know what to do anymore some help would be appreciated

I would start by checking the switch, then the fog light relay.

If the fog light indicator light, [in switch] turns on when you turn on the fog light switch the input to the switch is good, [the rewire was done properly] but you will need to check the switches output, test the red/blue lead at switch plug for 12V+ when switch is on.

If switch output is good move on to the fog light relay, again test for power on the red/blue lead when switch is on, also test for power on the red/white lead, [hot at all times, from fuse 19] you should also be able to hear/feel the relay “click” on when you turn on the fog light switch, if you have power on the red/blue at the relay but you can not hear/feel the relay “click” on, make sure the black lead has a ground, if so, replace the relay.

If you can hear/feel the relay “click” on and there is power on the red/white lead, test for power on the red/black lead, [relays output].

If there is power on the red/black lead move on to the fog lights themselves and test for power on the red/black leads at the plug or the red/blue lead at the fog light bulb holder, [remove bulb and test terminal] also test the bulb holders ground, [black].

You can also start the whole troubleshooting sequence at the bulb end, starting wit the bulbs themselves. 94
