Hey guys. Yes, I’ve done my research and need help with figuring out how to fix it.
My radio and blower for the ac/heater only work on the first “I” on position. (refer to 1st pic attached)
When i turn to the second “II” on position,(refer to 2nd pic attached) both the radio and the blower turn off.
I’ve researched and decided to replaced a few items off a well working integra and still have this issue.
I replaced the blower heater relay (refer to 3rd pic attached)
I also replaced that 40amp fuse on top of all of the other fuses in fuse box in driver side. (refer to 4th pic attached).
And, I also replaced the ignition switch and still no go.
anything else it could be? I do have and alarm yet, i don’t think that could be it.
also when I’m driving I some times turn the key over to the first “I” on position until I hear a click. The radio and blower sometime work but for like a minute or so.
thats strange… best advice i can give is to double chesk ALL your fuses and make sure they are the correct size. also look for loose/bad grounds or pinched/cut wires…
Check for power on the yellow lead at the ign. switch harness, [acc. lead] it should have power when ign. switch is on I, [acc] and II. [run] but not in the III position, [start].
It still sounds like an ign. swithc problem.
Was that a new ign. switch you installed or a used one? 94
Fixed problem. I replaced the Ignition wire harness. Fairly easy.
all good now. RADIO ON> AC AND HEATER WORK AT ANYGIVEN TIME NOW> AND MY CIGARETTE LIGHTER WORKS ASWELL> deffintley needed that since im always charging my phone.
