My girlfriend had an accident this morning, and her rear bumper was the primary victim. I’m looking for a bumper off a g2 (hers is a 91) sedan (does the sedan have the same bumper as the hatch).

i dont believe they are the same bumper, also, what do you expect to do just slap a new bumper on and leave all the bent metal?

Sorry I can’t help about the bumper dood, but I was looking at your Tails there and I noticed that there are 2 door Tails on your 4 door Teg, how did you manage that? did they just slap on and fit properly?
those are sedan lights, there is a big difference between sedan and hatch tails… the hatch’s are longer, and very noticeable…
and no, sedan and hatch tails are not interchangable
I own a 4 door and I know the difference between the two Tails, see the Air vent thingy on the light?
Those are 2 door Tails… The 4 door tails are solid and Do Not have the Air Vent looking thing.
Sorry bud but those are 2 Door Tails on a Sedan. I was wondering how he got them on there since I have a Sedan as well.
umm… dude… i know 2dr, and 4 dr tails… are you sure you dont have vents on ur tails? are you really sure? have u done your researching? :read: please check around before you make statements…
also, by the way… for reference… go to the full member listing, go down to ID - idaho, then check out shernie’s 4dr… there is a big pic of his rear corner… and it shows the vent…

the 2 door and 4 door tails are different sizes, the 2 door is longer… and the 4 door is angled on the inside of the light…
thats strange because on my 4 Door there is No Vents, and Yes im sure I’m Very Sure…
Maybe because I have an RS and maybe they put on the Tails With the Vents on the GS, I dunno that sounds pretty thin, but it’s the the only thing I can think of, because the Light on the Left has Vents and the one on the Right Does not have any…weird I dunna know.

yes they do look clean, but sometimes I wish I had the air vents ( by observation, they seem to dissapate the moisture build up inside the Taillight, normally caused by shitty gaskets used in our cars ), but I just bought a new set so they should last a while.

i’m looking for a sedan rear too … if the supports and all that junk were crushed, you can use any g2 bumper/support combo, if it works liek the front supports … :dunno:
starting to look for an aftermarket 4dr rear, i got hit last week and the guy’s writing me a check 
have you tried HAP and that other acura specific junk yard off recycle road in rancho?
they’re always expensive as hell, thought i’d look on g2ic first and see if i even end up needing to replace it … might pocket the cash, dunno yet
