k, i did exactly what TEG TIPS said to do, i spliced the red/yellow wire on the FOG (the one thats connected to the switch) and i splitted the DEFROST (black/yellow) wire. what i did was, take the red-yellow wire on the switch and extended the wire by soldering another wire to lengthen it, because they were too far apart, and i connected that wire to the black-yellow wire (both the one connected from the switch and the other side), but it doesnt work…is that too complicated? what am i doing wrong? the red/yellow wire (not the one connected to the switch) but the other side, am i supposed to connect that with anything or do i just cover it up? and the black/yellow wire, do i connect the one that is still on the DEFOG switch to the red/yellow wire AND the other side of the black/yellow wire? or do i just connect the the black/yellow wire thats on the switch with the red/yellow wire from the FOG? what do i do with the black/yellow wire thats on the other side (the one not connectd on the switch)? please help!!!
Take the little wire coming out of the fog switch and splice it into defroster wire. Don’t use the one coming from the harness. Got what i’m saying? When you cut the wire going to the fogs you have the short wire still on the switch. THAT one spices into the defroster wire. Kinda hard to describe by typing
