heres how to do the trans flush chris

tranny oil changes are easy. on the bottom of the tranny you will see a bolt that looks different than any other bolt. you can stick a 3/4 socket wrench right into the bolt head loosen this bolt and the fluid will pour right out. let it drain completly, when it comes to filling you have two options the first is the most common, above the drain plug is a 17mm bolt take that out. get a funnel and a long tube put the end of the tube in the bolt hole and attach the funnel to the tube pour the new fluid in until it start to come out. put the 17mm bolt back in and your good to go.
the 2nd way is a little harder but you won’t spill as much on the upper rear of the tranny is the (vss) vehicle speed sensor you can pull that out and pour the fluid right in the top of the tranny.
as far as fluid i always use factory honda fluid. your tranny will hold 2.3 to 2.5 quarts of oil
if you have a torque wrench here are the specs
17mm bolt/ 33ft lbs and the dain plug is 29ft lbs
hope this helps.
